Repaired deck damage which included relocating stairs, replacing footing and piling a for several supports, replacing and reinforcing deck railings. repaired gutter damage from ice dam that had also caused the deck damage when it fell.
Fixed guest bathroom floor which required removal of all fixtures, removal of tile floor and sub floor, replacing toilet flange, installing new tile floor. Reinstalled all fixtures (vanity, sink, toilet). In the past he had done a complete renovation of the master bath. Renovated kitchen counter and pass through.
