When I first talk to a client about their remodeling needs, I will always meet with them within a few days to gain a better understanding of what they’re looking for. We work closely to put together a detailed estimate based on the project they’re seeking. Going through line by line to to dial in on exactly what you require to bring your vision to fruition is what we are best known for. Afterwards, we can put together the design process. I’m a big believer in doing the correct preparation prior to starting any project. Once the proper research has been completed, that enables me to get things finished in a faster and more effective manner that will satisfy the needs of everyone.

We've had Marc and Diana with McGyver do many jobs for us and every time they exceeded our expectations. They are meticulous and talented. And, they are neat and clean !!! Repaired deck damage which included relocating stairs, replacing footing and piling a for several supports, replacing and reinforcing deck railings. repaired gutter damage from ice dam that had also caused the deck damage when it fell.
Fixed guest bathroom floor which required removal of all fixtures, removal of tile floor and sub floor, replacing toilet flange, installing new tile floor. Reinstalled all fixtures (vanity, sink, toilet). In the past he had done a complete renovation of the master bath. Renovated kitchen counter and pass through.
They remodeled some bathrooms. They also have redone our deck and basement over the years. Everything has been wonderful and he is our go to guy.
They renovated 2 condominiums. It was absolutely spectacular. They are clean, efficient, and quick.
The project turned out great. Marc is not only a true professional, but a really nice person. I found him through Angie's List, and I'm glad I did. Marc, Jim & Al worked together as a team and did a fantastic job. His communication was spot on and he always showed up exactly when he said he would. I will definitely hire Marc and his team at McGyver Innovations the next time i have a project that needs to be completed. Marc and his team build a new pressure treated railing for my front steps.
